Extra inflation can be achieved by blowing into the nozzle. It easily deflates by twisting open the nozzle and pressing on the pillow as you roll it up. It comes with an elastic band that wraps around the deflated pillow, which fits into an included water-resistant bag. Great for camping trips, sleepover and more!
