Branded Promo is a company based in the United Kingdom, where we're also officially incorporated. We provide promotional products and services exclusively to clients in the United States. While our entire operation is run out of the U.K., we’ve aligned our privacy practices not only with the UK GDPR but also with U.S. laws like the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), as well as similar laws in states including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Texas.
