Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Branded Promo, most orders are event-driven. We plan production and shipping around your required in-hand date, and only accept orders we believe we can deliver on time.

This page explains how shipping and delivery work with Branded Promo.

1. Where we ship

United States - We primarily ship orders within the United States. Most orders ship from our U.S.-based production partners across the country. The shipping location depends on the product and printing method.

International Shipping - International shipping is available on many products and handled case by case. Your account manager will confirm availability, lead times, and pricing for your destination before you approve the order. We can ship to most countries worldwide, subject to carrier and product restrictions.

2. Production & in-hand timelines

For each order, your account manager will provide a single in-hand date that includes both production and shipping.

Typical timelines are:

  1. Standard stock orders - Approx. 5 business days from artwork/quote approval to dispatch, plus shipping time.
  2. Custom / made-to-order items - Approx. 15 business days from artwork/quote approval to dispatch, plus shipping time.
  3. Rush service (where available) - On selected items, rush orders may ship within 1 business day of approval. Rush availability and cut-off times depend on the product and quantity.

Typical delivery times:

Within the United States, typical delivery times range from 2–7 business days, depending on the shipping method and destination.

Once an order has shipped, transit times are controlled by the carrier. We’ll assist with tracking issues and work with our partners to resolve problems, but occasional unforeseen carrier delays may occur.

Actual timelines vary by product, quantity, season, and destination. Your account manager will confirm your estimated in-hand date before you approve the order and will keep you updated if anything changes.

3. Shipping methods & carriers

We work with reputable carriers and freight partners to get your order to you safely and on time:

Carriers: Typically FedEx, UPS, DHL, plus trusted domestic trucking companies for larger palletized or bulk shipments.

Methods: A mix of ground, air, sea, and freight services, depending on the product, quantity, budget, and required in-hand date.

Service levels:

  1. Standard ground services for most domestic orders
  2. Expedited / priority and overnight options on selected items where available

Some high-value or freight shipments may require a signature on delivery. Your account manager will confirm this if it applies to your order.

We select the most appropriate shipping method to meet your agreed timeline unless a specific service has been confirmed in writing on your quote.

4. Shipping costs & what’s included

We aim to keep pricing simple and transparent:

Our quotes are typically all-in, including product, printing, setup, and shipping to the agreed delivery address, unless we clearly state otherwise.

International orders (DDP where applicable):

For many overseas orders, we provide quotes on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means we work with our logistics partners to include shipping and expected import charges in a single delivered price, so there are no surprise carrier bills later.

If a particular destination or product requires a different arrangement, your account manager will make this clear on your quote before you approve the order.

Single or multiple delivery locations:

Standard quotes usually cover delivery to one location. If you need split shipments or multiple delivery points, your account manager will confirm any additional costs upfront.

5. Shipping confirmations & tracking

For most orders:

  1. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
  2. Tracking details (where available) will be shared by your account manager so you can monitor progress with the carrier.
  3. For larger freight or pallet shipments, tracking may be provided as a PRO number or similar reference rather than a standard parcel tracking link.

If you have a critical event date or need extra visibility for a time-sensitive campaign, let your account manager know, and we’ll plan check-ins and updates accordingly.
