Skull glow-in-the-dark ink print charges in the sun or under a lamp and at night or in the dark glows an eerie green. Perfect to complement any scary costume. Protective mask comes with 2 layers made of 81% cotton and 19% polyester. Mask fits comfortably over lower half of face and is secured in place via elastic ear straps. The protective mask is reusable and hand washable, lay flat to dry.
